What we do
One partner, seven trades, no finger-pointing.
Most industrial jobs stall at the seams between contractors. We self-perform across the whole scope so the seams disappear.
Precision CNC Equipment Installation
Millwright-grade rigging, setting, and alignment for machine tools that cannot be off by a thousandth.
Learn more 02Custom Fabrication
In-house structural steel, platforms, handrails, and equipment skids built to drawing or built to solve.
Learn more 03Site Civil and Clearing
Clearing, earthwork, grading, and drainage. Taking raw ground to a pad that is ready to build on.
Learn more 04Concrete Work
Foundations, slabs, paving, and equipment pads poured flat, level, and to the spec that matters.
Learn more 05Plant Shutdown Services
Turnaround and shutdown crews mobilized fast, because the clock started when the unit came down.
Learn more 06Custom Connex Fabrication
Shipping containers modified into offices, shops, storage, and purpose-built field equipment.
Learn more 07Roll-Off Containers
Multiple container sizes delivered, swapped, and hauled on a schedule that keeps work moving.
Learn moreWho we work for
Six industries, and the same crew shows up to all of them.
What changes market to market is the clock, the tolerance, and who is standing over your shoulder. The trades do not.

Why JMT
Big enough to do the work. Small enough to take the call.
The jobs that fall between a plant's own maintenance crew and a major contractor — too specialized to self-perform, too small to be worth a big shop's mobilization — are the ones we built this company around.
About the company- We own the fleet. Mobilization is not gated by rental availability or a broker's schedule.
- We self-perform. Fabrication, civil, and concrete under one contract and one superintendent.
- We take the small job. A three-day emergency fab or a single machine install is a normal week here, not an exception we squeeze in.
- We answer at 2 a.m. Emergency and turnaround response, 24/7, and we will travel for it.
- We plan the work. Project-specific work plans, site-specific hazard analysis, and a JSA the crew walks before the first task of the day.
- We document. Alignment records, weld maps, and as-built data delivered with the work.
